Our tests are available throughout the United States. Regrettably, we cannot offer tests to international clients at this time. Unless otherwise specified, only clients who provide sperm samples are permitted to access test results and determine sample withdrawal per our internal protocols and required documentation. Additional testing is required for the use of samples in third-party reproduction, such as known or directed donor arrangements and surrogacy.
