Step 1.
Give us a quick call to order your kit and provide payment.
Step 2.
Check your email for some quick online new patient forms (required to complete your order).
Step 3.
Expect your kit to be shipped on the date you selected when you ordered your kit.
Step 4.
Receive your kit via priority next day air (UPS) and place in your refrigerator until you are ready to collect and send your sample.
Step 5.
Collect you sample and mail it back to us Mon-Thurs.
Step 6.
Expect a call from one of our experienced andrology lab supervisors within 5-7 business days. You will be given a thorough explanation of your results, and allowed ample time to ask any questions you might have. A digital copy of the clinical report will also be provided for you records.
